Any order implies full and complete acceptance of these T&Cs. The contract is drawn up in French; this English version is provided for convenience only and the French version prevails.
Prices are shown in euros, all taxes included. VAT not applicable — French VAT exemption scheme, art. 293 B of the French Tax Code (CGI).
The Seller reserves the right to change its prices at any time. The applicable prices are those in force at the time the order is confirmed.
The contract is concluded by following these steps:
The Customer may correct any input errors before final confirmation of the order.
Payment is made online, securely, by bank card via Stripe (PCI-DSS standard) or via PayPal. Payment is made once and in full at the time of the order. AMEMORA does not store any of the Customer's banking data.
The 3D keepsake plaque is shipped to the address provided at the time of the order, within 7 to 15 business days after payment confirmation, to mainland France only (unless agreed otherwise in advance).
In the event of a delay, the Customer will be informed by email. If absent at delivery, the parcel will be left at a pick-up point. AMEMORA cannot be held responsible for delays attributable to the carrier.
L'impression et la livraison du livre souvenir sont assurées par notre partenaire Peecho BV (Pays-Bas, UE). AMEMORA agit en tant qu'intermédiaire : les données de livraison et le contenu PDF sont transmis à Peecho après paiement. Délai indicatif : 7 to 14 business days. In accordance with Article L.221-28 12° of the French Consumer Code, the 14-day right of withdrawal does not apply to the supply of digital content whose performance has begun, with the consumer's express prior consent and express waiver of their right of withdrawal.
When confirming the order, the Customer expressly ticks a box confirming consent to the immediate provision of the digital service and waiving the right of withdrawal for that part. Without this action, the order cannot be completed.
In accordance with Article L.221-28 3° of the French Consumer Code, the right of withdrawal does not apply aux biens confectionnés selon les spécifications du consommateur ou nettement personnalisés. La plaque souvenir 3D étant fabriquée sur-mesure avec le prénom du destinataire et un QR Code unique, elle n'est ni reprise ni remboursée une fois la fabrication engagée.
Pour les produits physiques (plaque souvenir 3D), le Client bénéficie des garanties légales suivantes :
In the event of a defect, the Customer shall contact AMEMORA at contact@amemora.fr attaching a photo of the defect and the order number.
AMEMORA undertakes to provide its services with care and diligence. It cannot be held liable in cases of force majeure, internet outage or external technical failure.
The Customer is solely responsible for the content they submit or have submitted via the calendar (messages, photos, videos, audio). They warrant that they hold all necessary rights to this content and that it is not unlawful, defamatory, or infringing on privacy or third-party rights. AMEMORA reserves the right to remove any manifestly unlawful content.
The processing of personal data in connection with orders is described in the Personal Data Protection Policy (GDPR).
In accordance with Articles L.612-1 et seq. of the French Consumer Code, the Customer may have free recourse to a consumer mediator.

These T&Cs are governed by French law. In the event of a dispute that cannot be resolved amicably, the competent court shall be, at the consumer's choice, that of their place of residence or the court of the place of delivery / performance of the service.
